Breakfast on 8th floor with good views of the Flame Towers and nearby Heydar Aliyev Centre. Comfortable beds with quality linen. Large shower. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable. We had a great stay.

Couldn’t regulate air conditioning. Could hear other guests through the walls, especially at night. Noise from the street. Breakfast was quite poor - first day no warm food was served. Receptionist didn’t speak english.

The staff were nice although they couldn’t understand us at all. Spacious rooms if a little tired.

Cigarette holes on the sofa. Most basic breakfast have ever seen (all breakfast plates or stoves were empty) . Our bedroom door didn’t open without assistance (only opened from the inside) and the bathroom door didn’t shut (needed to be sanded)- both of which were known issues when we checked in and had been for a while and apparently the manager didn’t think to sort until we complained. This is very unprofessional and incomprehensible. There was no attempt at staff trying translation apps or anything. We left our luggage with them and asked if it it would be put into a locked room which they said yes -7 hours later it was still sitting by the desk in reception. We had open electrical wires in our bathroom too which seemed dangerous
