Despite having confirmed a reserved parking space, when we arrived and I asked where to go, I was told that the hotel didn’t have any parking. I showed the booking.com information. “You should have reserved “ I showed him that we had, and had had a reply from the hotel saying “no problem”. “Well the car park is full, you probably won’t get a ticket on the road “. And he got us to park the car opposite the hotel in a gap not meant for parking. ( We took the car back to the rental company early to avoid potential trouble).
