Check-in and check-out were easy, and we loved the location, beautiful view, spacious room, friendly and reliable hotel staffs. During our stay, they have the best rate compared with other hotels in the same area.
The pillows are too thin, and it feels uncomfortable having my head at the same level as the bed. 😞 The coffee at breakfast could be better, and the bacon and fried rice are too salty.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.
We were able to check in a little earlier and check our a little later which was most appreciative so we could enjoy the facilities for a little longer.
It would be nice to have a selection of coffee from a coffee machine (Espresso, cappuccino etc.) included with breakfast instead of an extra charge.

Nice and clean, good location
The rooms were big and spacious but there was a dirty smell from the drain in the bathroom and when we complained the person said we can’t do anything about it which was very surprising, the food in the restaurants were very bad quality and did not match, lack of activity and things to do.
