We really enjoyed our stay. This place was clean, cozy, peaceful, fully stocked and in a nice neighborhood, you will not be disappointed! Anytime my family and I go back home to visit I will book this home for sure.

Soulard was recommended as a neighborhood to stay for our family vacation. We decided to use VRBO rather than a hotel, which gives our family more room for relaxation and privacy. This rental was a great fit for us because of having two bedrooms, and my teens sons each had their own bed in the second bedroom. We also appreciated having a full bath upstairs and downstairs. The rental is in a fantastic part of town for brunches and dinners. Local places are on every corner and we used Yelp to find many, although the hosts left suggestions too. Street parking was free and easy to find. Plus, drives to the main tourist areas in St Louis were very close. We had great communication with our hosts and appreciated the waters and other refreshments in the refrigerator. They also tuck so many supplies around to make your visit comfortable and a washer/dryer is available. After dinner each night we had enough seating in the living room to watch Netflix movies. The main concern to note for those considering the rental - the stairs. You do need to climb two deck flights to the entrance and to the upstairs bedrooms. This will not be an issue for most, even those with small kids, but if someone in your group would have difficulty with stairs it’s an important consideration here. We’d stay here again and recommend the spot to friends!

This condo is in a great location! It’s a quiet and nice neighborhood with easy parking. The property manager responded quickly with any questions. The condo was super clean and very cute. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus for our family, and we had plenty of room. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

This property was lovely. It was close to the stadium and in a safe, serene neighborhood. The beds were comfortable-everything was first class.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was welcoming, clean, and worked great for a family weekend. We especially appreciated the few toys for the 1year old with us. The location was convenient for our activities throughout the weekend and we even got to see the Clydesdales during morning walks since AB is about a 1/4 mile away. And Dane was very responsive. We will sure consider this spot again next time we are in STL!

The property was just as advertised-quaint, comfortable and clean and in a great location very close to the Anheuser Busch factory. The only small hiccup was not getting notified in advance what the access code was (though we did have the address and one phone call sorted it out), but the property owner was kind enough to let us in early to drop off our bags so we could explore the area.
