location for the croisette and rue d'antibes was amazing. very easy entry and exit with the electronic codes.

A welcome pack / file with instructions for the wifi and check out process would have been helpful.

Good location. The concierge was very good. Safe building.

When we arrived, we noticed that the bed linen was horrible. We had to complain to get it changed. The bedroom did not have a light. This was highlighted when the bed linen was changed, but nobody bothered to fit a light bulb so we had to walk around in the dark. The dishwasher was falling apart and the wood panel has been removed exposing the appliance. While in the apartment, the bottom part of the kitchen cupboard unit just dropped to the floor. It says there is a safe, but this does not work. We assumed it was the batteries. The room had a keyless system and the cleaning staff also had the code. So a working safe was necessary. The TV is probably 20 years old. The glass on the picture in the living room is shattered and potentially a health and safety hazard. The carpet in the living room was very old. The bathroom shower area had mould The second bathroom had stuff piled up and was unusable.

Top location and 100m from seafront. Normally a quiet street however construction workers unloading trucks directly under my window. Smart building and concierge Large apt even for longer stays Decently priced even during MAPIC fair week.

bed was too soft the wardrobe was damaged by humidity furniture style a bit kitsch

I have booked for two weeks, I have done PCR test four days before the departure.. Suddnely I have positive PCR test for the COVID 19, although I’m fully vaccinated , so the airlines has supported me to make change the flight without fees as exceptional situation( because I’m fully vaccinated) however, I asked the property to push my stay 3 days forwards , I presented the PCR test to them , they refused to help me and they told me to pay extra for the three days if I want to extend. So they did not help to change the date nor refunded me the three nights although I have official positive PCR certificate ..and official vaccination certificate
