We like the Red Lion because of its convenience to downtown, but over the years have seen a decline in the building, rugs, walls, fixtures are all in need of an update. Missed the arm chair in our room.Bed is comfy, and breakfast and breakfast area are great!

Great room and breakfast. Friendly staff. The only interesting item was there are no curtains. There are shades, which do not block the street lights or the sun light.

Wish they had the brown leather chair in the room like they used to. Only had the wheeled desk chair. For two people, would be nice if there was two chairs.

Our room was nice and roomy with a mountain type decoration and even ports to charge your phone which is conveniently located under one of their nice lamps. The beds were pretty comfortable and kind of soft, I think they're called pillow soft tops, I'd rather have just a firm mattress. Still, I slept okay.
The pool was nice, a perfect temperature. The hot tub had too many chemicals or it was off because it was like taking a bubble bath. The sauna heated up quickly. It was nice in the early morning as in the evening there was always kids in the pool and people in the hot tub. There was a good assortment of hot food available for breakfast in a nicely decorated area called The atrium. Expect a good walk there.
I liked the convenience to downtown Kalispell as we could easily take a walk, plus it was right next to the trails to rails path.

Loud parties, stains on curtains and sheets staff wouldn’t let me check in hour early said no rooms available yet no one was staying there

The check in process is incredibly SLOW! I do not understand how it can take so long to check in people. Then rooms
Show up as dirty and they have to send someone to check to see if they are check in ready or not. Seems like crazy incompetence.

Please bring back the omelette man. The pool was out ot service the first night. The walls are very thin on the south side, so are the floors. Can hear neighbors clearly.

I went in ahead of my husband to check in and I was met with two front desk clerks who were in a conversation when I got there I obviously interrupted a conversation the were having. So, the service I received was quick and business like, I guess I just felt uncomfortable for having interrupted them, (I REALLY didn't mean to do that). This hotel is older and it looks like they are trying to give it a last gasp, which would be tough when the mall attached to it is a ghost town.

My bed had a sizable dent in it that was not so comfortable to sleep in.

The front office desk was great!! Loved my service animal and I was so happy with the staff and the breakfast was amazing

We had not stayed here for a number of years, and it has gone down hill. The carpet apparently hadn’t been vacuumed in a while; it took about two hours for the room to warm up enough for us to remove our coats and the breakfast has been cut back to premade foods.

Was a great hotel for the price! Def could use a refresh but it was really nice to have our dogs and go for a swim. The hot tub was tiny and hard to get a spot, but not a big deal. Breakfast was hot and good. Despite having a lot of sports teams and large families, it was really quiet in our room and beds were comfy. Would def stay here again. Good location, quiet and clean.

The hotel is not terrible but it is older and in need of some love. The pool area had ants by the hot tub and very limited lighting inside.
Rooms were just okay. Our floor wasn’t super clean but the bathroom was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable.
Again, not a bad hotel but getting older.
Breakfast was good! Hot and cold items.

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable Good location. Needs upgrade. Curtains were stained and dirty. Paint was scraped in several places. Carpet smelled when heat was on.

it was great until i went to iron my dress shirt for new years eve. started to iron my shirt and there was something on the iron that got smeared on my shirt messed it up...hopefully I can get it out in the wash at home.

Went to meet a sports team. The hotel was so family friendly!

There was no omelet bar that the property was notorius for. Our door lock battery died at 11 pm and it took 45 minutes to get it fixed. The window in our room would not close all way. And the hockey team kids were loud and obnoxious.

No sure how a couple homeless got into the hall on 3rd floor the night we stayed. Also never got the room we requested. They said it’s only available apon check not when we booked.

The breakfast wasnt the same as last time. They took the bacon away, and replaced with sausage patties. Not so good.
And, me and my 3 friends got physically, and verbally attacked by a group of teenagers who were definitely on something and not being supervised in the pool.
Hotel employees did apologize and talk to the adult who shouldve been with them, but more should have been done about it.

Rooms needed vacuumed better. Dog hair is hard to vacuum up and we were in a room where there were not supposed to be dogs. Allergies and asthma.

We went South of the border for a shopping adventure in Kallispell. The lady behind the counter suggested the Prime Rib special a short walk down the road.. excellent
The pool and hot tub were both clean and warm.. excellent

Our stay was very good, because of the price for
Canadians. With the cost of exchange on a dollar $.40,
it is good to see lower rates. Room was good and the
breakfast was outstanding. Thank you.

They did noy make our room after we spent the forst night. When we went to ask why didin't done our room and give new towels they told us that we suppose to ask before 7pm of the day so they can have enought people to do it.
