One of my best stays

The service was amazing! We felt like we were the only couple staying at the hotel. The rooms were cute and modern. We will stay here again next time we drop by Montreal!

This is a lovely dog friendly boutique hotel in a great location. It was our second time staying here. It is gorgeous but a few things could be improved (this shouldn't deter anyone from staying here though!): 1) the bar did not have any Quebec wine,not any Pinot Grigio or rose or baco noir... I opted for a gin & tonic. 2) a coffee machine in our rooms is a must! We brought our french press because we remembered this from last time. 3) the breakfast bar is really blah. I want a lovely fresh croissant in a hotel in downtown Montreal not a tiny dry thing. I suggest going for fewer options with higher quality. 4) the blinds aren't wide enough so sun cracks through at dawn

Everyone working there was great. Hotel is stylish and super comfortable. We parked about 3 blocks away in an underground garage for about $25. We will stay again.

I actually got engaged on the steps last night! It was a good stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor. Loved that breakfast was included. Very close to train and many restaurants. Nothing bad to say!

We had the most beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city !!! The balcony was huge !!! My wife loved the soaking tub.we will be back for sure

Hotel includes access to a great gym and wellness centre (a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel). Also, staff were very helpful and responsive, including by text. Would stay again for sure!

A beautiful building with big and nicely decorated rooms and modern bathrooms. This hotel gives you a luxury and exclusive feeling. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the eating area is very nice. Great location too. So I can recommend this hotel in Montreal!

We had a wonderful stay in two adjacent rooms, the family suite. This arrangement was perfect for our family. The rooms are large, modern, and clean. Accommodations are comfortable and beautiful. Hospitality of the staff was exceptional, especially our welcome by front desk staff, daily breakfast service, and Xavier the fantastic mixologist at the charming bar. Highly recommend, and will return!

The St. Thomas is a wonderful boutique hotel. #202 was one of the nicest rooms we've ever had--with a balcony!

We had a pleasant time staying in St-Thomas hotel. The stuffs was kind and room was nice and clean with chic design.

The St Thomas hotel is a gem in a sea of large corporate hotels. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when i come back to Montreal. If already recommend it to friends.

The view from the room was incredible. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel was charming, clean in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and welcoming.

Man where can I start! Hands down going to be my go to hotel everytime I visit Montreal. The hotel is brand new and is very upscale. For the value and experience, I would HIGHLY reccomend this hotel. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed by the hotel staff (specifically Xavier and Bernard.) These two gentleman made out stay smooth, easy and so much fun. They have a hotel bar in which the front end staff also manage by night. Good bar selection and Xavier and Bernard are the "jack of all trades." Not only are they great hotel hosts, but make amazing cocktails. They were very personable and helped us navigate around Montreal's local attractions. I cannot express my overall satisfaction and gratitude towards these gentleman. As long as they are employed at Hotel St. Thomas, I will be a reoccurring guest. They are the EXAMPLE of how all hotels should treat their patrons and provide an outstanding customer experience. As for the hotel, the pictures are no lie. Very mondern, great city views and overall nice rooms. We had a rainfall shower head with multiple jets in our shower. Very nice touch. 5 out of 5 stars I would rate. If you find yourself in Downtown Montreal, check this hotel out! You will not be disappointed. If the owner is reading this, I hope this review puts a smile on your face to know you have employed two OUTSTANDING individuals to run your hotel. Your other staff I encountered were nice, but average I would say.

Loved staying here, they left us a personalized note when we got there and the staff were especially wonderful and helpful. Clean room and free breakfast is included. Very nice place

We expected a room with a view or at least a balcony but that was not the case. In all the pictures, they were bathtubs but not in our room. The room was smaller than expected, and the elevator was excrucialty long. the breakfast was very limited and the bread was stale. The staff was very nice and understanding. They have very little room service options and there was no parking.. they make you pay 35$ per day for valet service or find a random spot on your own in a weird neighbourhood.. Overall not quite what we were expecting for this price...

The hotel was under staffed and over priced. We were charged for items we did not receive and were told there was nothing they could do. during the first night of our stay they were out of all food and beer. parking was a nightmare and staff was at times very unhelpful. The room we stayed in was incredibly small and we did not receive a netflix sign in. The spa is okay but also overpriced for what it offers.

The rooms are beautiful and offer every comfort you could want. The staff go out of their way to be as accommodating as possible and were all very kind people. For myself, this was without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've ever had.
