Sie wurde von ihren Architekten-Besitzern entworfen & erbaut, daher wurde an keinem Detail gespart, weder innen noch außen. Das Ferienhaus wird von einem schönen Garten umgeben (Bougainvillea, Yasmin, Zitronen-, Bananen-, Oliven- & Orangenbäume, um nur einige zu nennen). Der Garten wird von einer Steinmauer begrenzt, um Sicherheit & Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Es gibt einen großen, privaten Pool/Sonnenterrasse, neben mehreren Plätzen zum Sonnenbaden in den Gärten. Die Besitzer entwarfen eine Villa, die einen einzigartigen Einblick in die türkische Kultur gewährt, viele Möbel & Kunst repräsentieren dies. Perfect for large groups or families with lots of space and stunning views. Daily light clean and little treats provided every day. Dog barking at neighbours property a bit annoying in the evening.

Had an amazing time with family and friends at this beautiful property. Pictures don’t do the house, the grounds and the views justice. The town of Kas is lovely with amazing beaches, restaurants and night life. The property owners and the day to day managers were lovely and had thought of everything with a full kitchen, breakfast and food deliver upon request and very nice surprises in the form of home baked goods. We had a great time and hope to be back.

You can't go wrong with this one.
This was a fantastic experience through and through. Great location, great hosts, and thoughtfully designed, pleasant and functional house. Kas in general is also awesome, there are innumerable attractions everywhere. Just go ahead and book this one; but just check with us first, because we will be going back soon! :)

Stunning,stunning, stunning.
Our stay at villa kibele was nothing less than perfect. My family ( group of 16) and I could not have expected more, from booking , communication with Guler and our late arrival to be met by Ecran was flawless.
The villa is beautiful, so much room no-one felt on top of one another there is just so much space. We spent most days around the pool, plenty of sun beds, a hammock and daybed for some shade. Some family members stayed in the pool side rooms which have their own bathrooms, fridge and extra seats so no needs to be climbing stairs through the night.
On a night we all enjoyed a evening meal around the big table and then enjoyed drinks on the outside patio area.
Villa kibele was truly everything we needed for a super relaxing holiday. The setting is unbelievable, watch the sun come up or go down behind the mountains.
We also enjoyed trips into Kas town, at the bottom of the hill a bus runs frequently and takes about 10 mins ( very cheap). Kas town is a beautiful vibrant little town with an abundance of places to eat, little bars and shops also supermarkets to stock the villa up.
I cannot thank Guler enough for the wonderful stay at her amazing holiday home, she also make two gorgeous cakes for my Dad and son who had their birthdays whilst on holiday.
This was a holiday we will forever remember and a place we will be hoping to visit again in the future.

Beautiful villa
We were 5 families sharing this wonderful villa and it was perfect. We arrived to a beautiful freshly baked cake, fruit and pastries for our breakfast the next morning. Everything we could have asked for was there for us. The breathtaking view, the pool, the outdoor areas and best of all was Ercan. He lives just next to the property and is there for any needs you may have. A wonderfully kind and gentle man and so helpful. We loved this villa so will most definitely be returning.

Outstanding!
This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The owner and her staff went over and above to make our vacation special. She even noticed that two of the children with us were having birthday's and delivered a homemade birthday cake with candles. If you book you will not be disappointed.

We, a family with 13 persons, had a great stay with more than enough space for all of us. The villa was perfectly clean, nice decorated (exactly as shown on the pictures) and well located close to Kas. I have never seen such a perfectly equipped kitchen - you will find everything for like 20 people or more. Especially the service from Erkan was great - he provided bread every morning, refilled the drinking water and was cleaning the floors and bathrooms. Guler is a perfect host and was pampering us with self-made cake and bread. We had a quite good and easy communication during the booking. She solved all problems we had with rapidly responses. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended place.

Outstanding stay with 20 friends! We were so well looked after - couldn’t recommend this place more!
We had a quite large party of 13 adults and 7 kids, all arriving at various times and asking lots of questions in advance and Güler always responded very promptly. She also helped us organise a boat trip in advance - which was very reasonably priced and an absolute highlight of the holiday. The villa itself housed us all very well and we didn’t want for anything with fresh bread and water deliver everyday and her team on hand should we have needed anything. I also asked Güler if we could pay her to make a cake for a birthday which fell during our stay (as we’d heard about her cake making expertise from the other reviews). She made us a stunning chocolate cake, beautifully decorated and left some fireworks to go with it! And wouldn’t accept any money for it, saying she’d like us to have it as a gift from her. Needless to say we’ve recommended this place to everyone who has asked. Book your holiday here.

Bardzo ładnie położony, w pełni wyposażony obiekt. Byliśmy grupą 17 osób, dorośli i młodzież i każdy miał wystarczającą przestrzeń dla siebie.
Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze rozplanowany, czysty. Wyposażenie dobrej jakości i w wystarczającej ilości.
Basen całkiem duży i bardzo dobrze utrzymany.
Właścicielka i jej pomocnik bardzo mili i pomocni. Pomogli nam zorganizować transfer z lotniska oraz kilka wycieczek. Szczególnie polecam całodniową wycieczkę łodzią po okolicznych plażach i wyspach.
Spędziliśmy to bardzo fajne wakacje.

Amazing villa and 1st class service
My family of 14 have been to Turkey 6 times now, this was our 1st visit to Kas.
The villa is everything as described and more. Very well equipped, all rooms have wonderful air con and own en suite bathrooms..........decorated lovely too. The view out to sea from the balcony and front bedrooms is breath taking
Guler and Erkan hospitality was faultless, each day the villa and our rooms were tidied for us which when there are 14 of you is a god send. They supply fresh bread each morning and replace water once empty at a small charge. They also bring you lovely treats to eat like homemade cakes, chocolate mousse and ice cream which is so lovely on a hot day
The villa is situated just outside Kas but a taxi ride is only £5 each way between 5 people
Kas is a lovely town which we found quite Turkish compared to other places we have been to which was lovely
We did a couple of boat trips around the islands too which was fun
All in all we had an amazing two weeks in Villa Kibele and I would recommend it to anyone who plans to vist Kas
We will definately be going back at some point

Wonderful place, extremely well put together, amazing hosts
We were a large group - 8 adults, 9 children - but the house is so well designed that we all had enough space. Pool is wonderful, and the area around the pool was bliss - lots of space to lounge around. Setting is wonderful. The hosts really made our stay very special - cake when we arrived, large fresh fruit platter, bottle of wine; more beautiful cakes later on in the week. Daily light cleaning was very helpful, and the agent was also super helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, helped hugely by Guler and her team. Guler helped us arrange car hire, transfers, restaurants etc. All the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. All with en suite bathrooms. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. Any minor snagging issues were dealt with promptly. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of fridges and freezers (essential) plus washing machine and two dryers. Lovely balcony space with plenty of room for us all to eat outside. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing Family Vacation
We were a family of 22 adults and 3 toddlers and each one of us loved the villa. There was enough space for all of us. The rooms, the quality of furnishing, the location and everything else was as excellent. Guler was extremely good at communicating everything and very helpful and prompt at responding to emails and phone calls. I think it is one of those few places where the pictures can't do full justice to the property it self. Oh and the cake Guler bakes are just outright delicious. My mom wanted to get the recipe from her so I will have to write to her separately about that :). Highly recommended for large or small groups, you can't go wrong with villa kibele!!

Amazing Villa
This villa was perfect for the 9 guests that were part of my party. It was clean, spacious and had amazing views. The owner greeted us and had baked a cake but the main star of the holiday was Ercan - he was there to help with anything we needed. He helped arrange trips, taxis, lunchtime food deliveries and even evening meals out in Kas.

Wonderful family holiday at villa kibele
We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at the villa kibele in Kas. Our family group of 18 had an age range of 4 - 81 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. Ercan looked after us, provided us with daily fresh bread, water and generally was around to take care of us. We booked 2 dinners and a breakfast through the owner - Guler, and these were superb! Turkish freshly prepared meals, tasty and very plentiful, all laid out by ercan for our enjoyment. The villa is excellently located on the peninsula with the most amazing views which we enjoyed both day and night. Sunsets were truly beautiful and unforgettable.
The villa pool was perfect and very cooling after being out in the hot sun. Immaculately kept, as was everything in the villa. Plenty of facilities for everyone to enjoy. We would totally recommend this villa to any large group and would love to return one day.

Perfect Holiday!
We stayed at Villa Kibele for five days in April. Kas is a very nice resort on the Mediterranean coast and the Cakins have created a very beautiful place on the Cukurbag peninsula in Kas. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Villa Kibele offered all the comfort we expected and was very well-maintained. Our kids (7 & 13) enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden. We had a wonderful time eating and drinking under a perfect setting. Cakin family and the personnel were extremely hospitable and made our stay a very memorable one! I recommend Villa Kibele to all people who prefer the Mediterranean coast for a holiday.

A perfect villa
We came with a group of 18 friends to Villa Kibele and could not have asked for more. It is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location and everyone on our trip had a fantastic holiday (the pictures on the website don't do it justice). Both the interior and exterior of the house are lovely, with spacious and well-decorated rooms, a great pool and plenty of space to relax. Both Guler and Ercan were wonderful and very helpful. Ercan was especially fantastic and was there whenever we needed him - he helped us book boat trips, taxis, restaurants, delivered bread every morning and even bought us cakes - it is thanks to him that our trip was so special. Thank you Ercan!
I would recommend this villa without any hesitation for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a wonderful villa with breathtaking views!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay
We had a fabulous time at Villa Kibele in August 2013. We rented this for a 40th celebration with many friends and family joining us over 3 weeks.
The villa is very well appointed and has fantastic views over the bay. All of us still miss the sunsets.. It is close to a number of hotels, so if you want to take advantage of the amenities then this is possible. The owners and Ercan (the helper) are extremely friendly and helped us over the holiday with looking for boats to hire, setting up the bar-b-q, replacing drinking water bottles etc.
For the final week we had 10 adults and 9 children in the villa and we never felt on top of each other, there are a number of places to relax around the grounds and the pool is of a very good size. The hill back up from the hotels also provides a good way to tire out the children!
We will definitely return again, it is only a question of when.
The villa comes highly recommended particularly to large groups who are celebrating something special.

Fantastic
Well what more can we say that others haven’t other than it is all true.
There were 14 of us that stayed in the villa, (ages ranged from 2 years – 75 years).
The villa was ideal and the host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. When we wanted to get out and about the host arranged for a dolmus to collect us from the front of the villa, this cost the same amount of money as the regular dolmus, which picked up at the bottom of the hill. This was just perfect for my parents who are 73 years and 75 years old. Guler arranged several trips out for us during our stay, including a day out on a boat trip, a sightseeing trip and a visit to Kalkan.
Our two sons, aged 21 years and 22 years, decided to walk back from town one night and it took them approximately 55 minutes, this was a little longer than we expected.
The only negative thing about the villa was that it is at the top of a very steep hill which meant the oldies couldn’t have a walk around the immediate surroundings. However, we were very much aware of this before we booked. It didn’t stop us having an absolutely brilliant holiday.
Would just like to say a very big thank you for looking after us all so well.

Wonderful.....Wonderful......Wonderful
Three families - 6 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 nearly teenagers. Bedrooms to spare which was brilliant as one night scary stories were being told and we had a couple of kids move upstairs to be closer to parents!
The whole property (which is actually two villas but rented as one) is well presented and very homely. The views over the sea facing west are beautiful and the large terrace with comfy seating is the best place to watch the sun go down.
We have never stayed in a villa with such a brilliantly equipped kitchen (don't forget there is another smaller kitchen in the 2nd villa - very useful when you need two ovens). There is a proper built in BBQ at the rear of the property close to the kitchen. The table on the terrace was large enough for all of us and is also where breakfast is served. We asked Ercan (who is very discreet and efficient) if we could have breakfast the previous day and low and behold the most scrumptious meal was all laid up the next morning. Even tea was brewing the the pot. We requested breakfast for 6 with extra bread and honey for the kids. There was always more than we could eat - enough for lunch and afternoon snacks. We had three breakfasts during our stay.
Guler is a fantastic baker and pudding maker. On the day we arrived we were presented with a delicious cake and then throughout our 12 day stay we would find chocolate puddings, big bowls of water melon (de-seeded!) or peaches and more cake. Fabulous!
Ercan replaced the water bottle on request and he asked whether we needed bread for the next morning each day. He and his wife daily cleaned and removed all rubbish. Brilliant service.
When booking we were a little concerned about staying out of Kas on the peninsula (hiring cars for 12 works out quite expensive) but this was not a problem at all. The dolmus stops right outside the villa and we often found the taxis would drive up just before the bus was due and would always negotiate a very reasonable rate!
Down the hill from the villa (a very, very steep hill!) was the Hotel Barbarossa which has a fantastic beach club. For the cost of 40tl per adult (1/2 price for kids) you have the use of the club and the money is credited to a card which can then be used for food and drink. They serve a superb buffet lunch for 25tl and very good wine and cocktails too! So good we went twice.
Overall we all agreed that Villa Kibele was the best villa we have stayed in and the service was excellent.

As with all villa experiences having booked from pictures and reviews your slightly nervous as to what you will get when you arrive but Villa Kibele is everything and more. Arriving at around midnight we were greeted by Guler personally and our luggage taken up to our rooms (after the usual who gets what room debate) by Ercan who was lovely.
Ercan was extremely discreet but came in everyday to deliver our bread and clean the house, you'd never know he was there though!
Overall the villa was spacious and very clean. The pool area was lovely and we spent most evenings in the outside lounge or around the table over looking the sea watching the sunset. The view is spectacular! For those who want to know the villa does have wifi (doesn't cover the whole villa but good enough) and aircon, pretty much everything you need.
The villa is situated on the breathtaking peninsula which is a short drive from Kas town. There is a dolmus (minibus) which runs every half an hour promptly and takes about 10 mins to get into the town. unless you want to venture further afield you don't need a car to get around.
Kas is lovely, very chilled out and you don't get hassled, unlike other places. The food is great although not quite as cheap as we thought. A beer was around 10tl (about £2.60) and dinner (bear in mind we were in a group of 10 with 2-3 drinks each) was around £15-£20 each.
We stayed in and cooked some nights and the supermarket based in Kas is fairly well stocked, just expect more of a Tesco metro than a full supermarket.
We can highly recommend Dolce Vita travel, located in the main square if you want to do any excursions. Its extremely well priced and we had lots of fun on the trips. We went on a jeep safari which is a full day with lunch for around £23 each and the sea kayaking which was the same price.
We will absolutely be back to this villa and cannot recommend this highly enough to anyone considering this property.

Perfect for a big family
For my mum's 60th birthday our group of 11 rented Villa Vibele and it was the perfect place for the celebration. With 10 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out and it felt like we had a boutique hotel all to ourselves. There were lots of seating areas to relax in with amazing views from all the villa (the best were from the 3 upstairs bedrooms at the front).
The villas was immaculate and we loved the attention to detail and the beautiful artwork and ceramics all over the house.
The pool is stunning and we really found it hard to tear ourselves away to explore Kas.
Guler was a wonderful host who not only provided a homemade cake on arrival but also made a beautiful one for my mum's birthday. We also loved getting fresh bread delivered every morning (only the standard 1 lira a loaf).
It's a 10 minute drive to Kas along a rather bumpy road. You could manage without a car if you didn't want to leave the villa often (very tempting!) as there is a bus but a car makes things much more convenient.
The only downside was having to leave. No where else can compare.

Our Dream Holidays in Kibele Villas
We have been visited kibele villas 3 times since 2009.
Our first visit was on September 2009. Firstly, high quality designed villas, private swimming pool, lovely view of villas, beautiful and large garden extremely impressed us.
Our second visit to kibele villas held on June 2013. Quality of our holiday was extremely same with our first visit.
Design of villas is so comfortable with best architecture. Each bedroom has their private bathroom and lovely furnishings. Nuri and Güler were so friendly to their hosts. Our last visit was on the first week of October 2013. We really had wonderful time during our Bayram holiday. With that lovely holiday it was really bayram for us. Fantastic and lovely breakfast was also one of very important item of our holiday. Each Every morning to be have same quality breakfast was wonderful. During our stay Ercan helped us for all cases and He is so good person.
During our holidays in the Kibele Villas we had wonderful and lovely times which we never forget.

Wonderful Villas & Great Holiday
We have been visited kibele villas 3 times since 2009.
Our first visit was on September 2009. Firstly, high quality designed villas, private swimming pool, lovely view of villas, beautiful and large garden extremely impressed us.
Our second visit to kibele villas held on June 2013. Quality of our holiday was extremely same with our first visit.
Design of villas is so comfortable with best architecture. Each bedroom has their private bathroom and lovely furnishings. Nuri and Güler were so friendly to their hosts. They designed each detail with their hospitality in the villas.

We just got back, last week, from our incredible two weeks vacation in the beautiful town of Kas. The Kibele villa was our corner of relaxation, perfectly located on the Cukurbag peninsula just a few minutes by car from Kas, and overlooking the beautiful blue sea.
First I have to thank our wonderful hosts Guler and Nuri who were very welcoming and thoughtful and have surprised us through all our stay with homemade goodies or fruits and even with presents and an amazingly delicious birthday cake for two of our friends who celebrated their birthdays during our stay in Turkey. Nevertheless thanks to Ercan and his wife, who were very helpful and attentive with us, and always took care of the villa, the pool and the beautiful garden.
Our group was quite big, 10 adults and one child but the villa was just perfect for all of us, even the pool was big enough and we could all swim and had a lot of fun.
The villa itself was absolutely incredible; each room is decorated on its own style, very tasteful without losing any detail, very clean and endowed with everything you need. The same goes for the living rooms and kitchens; everything is perfectly placed while keeping its practicality.
About Kas all I can say is that the town is simply lovely especially in the evening with nice shops, good dining places and bars with good music and very friendly people.
As far as sightseeing, I really recommend for those who like adventure to try the beautiful gauge of Saklikent, it’s really a perfect cooling place during the hot days of summer. Also try the daily boat trips they are incredible, and give you the chance to swim in fantastic places.
The whole place, the villa, the garden, the pool, the town, is just a peaceful, quiet, and picturesque scenery. Even though we spent two weeks there, it seemed like it was just a few days. However get ready to be captured by the beauty and relaxation offered by the Kibelle goddess, we know we were.
Thank you again Guler and Nuri, and hope to see you again, we have enjoyed Turkey, it is simply a beautiful and friendly country.

Nuri and Guler's villa far exceeded our expectations for a place to hold a family get together of 14 persons, which included 8 children.
Every room is super clean, and tastefully decorated but casual enough for families. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need in case you want to cook. The villa had more than ample space for everyone to either swim, sleep, soak in the sun, read, play board games, watch tv, or sit out on one of two terraces to admire the Mediterranean and talk.
The pool was large enough to keep the kids busy for hours every day, and it allowed the adults precious time to visit and relax.
Nuri and Guler were exceptional and thoughtful hosts. Guler surprised us with homemade goodies and turkish coffee. Nuri gave of his time to show us around Kas and the local favorite beaches.
Ercan and his wife were so helpful and attentive if we had immediate needs or questions.
The villa is located on a peninsula which adds to the magic of being in this area. It is quiet, peaceful, and picturesque but the town of Kas is only a 5-minute drive. If you like to run or walk, the villa is located on a pedestrian-friendly road that loops the peninusula. If you don't have a car, there is a shuttle bus that is available.
As far as swimming options, water access is a 5-minute walk down from the villa. Kid-friendly beaches are either a 5 minute drive (located on the peninsula) or a 30-minute drive from Kas (but well worth it!).
Regarding sight-seeing and adventure activities, we stayed 6 days and were able to see and do so much within a reasonable drive from Kas, and that is with 8 kids in tow!
The villa was such a treat for us that we actually stayed "home" a few of the days because it was too nice to leave. Thank you Nuri and Guler, and Ercan for making this an unforgettable family gathering!

This is the most perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We didn't want to leave. We even had to push ourselves to go sightseeing during our two week holiday because the house was just perfect.
The house has been decorated throughout with an unerring feel for design and comfort while losing nothing of its practicality. Everything is there, from the barbeque at the back to the treasure in the treasure box. One night, while sitting on one of the two terraces, I thought that candlelight would be wonderful, I turned around and there it was - a lantern complete with candle. That's the sort of place it is - decorated with love and attention to detail.
The same goes for the garden. I want one just like it. Even part of it would make me very happy.
The pool is a great size and the view incredible.
The staff (Ercan and wife) are wonderful and non-intrusive - rather like having a pair of magic hands around the place. Fresh bread is delivered every morning and the water cooler is topped up as needed.
And of course our hosts were just incredible. Guler is a fabulous cook and we thank you for the wonderful cake and breakfasts. If you are lucky, Nuri may even tell your fortune with his turkish coffee.
Finally I have to say something about the area. The town of Kas is lovely in the evening with good shopping and dining. In the surrounding areas there are interesting archeological sites (but very hot in July) to explore. If the 5 minute walk up from the beach is too steep, there is a pebble beach 5 minutes away by car and a sand beach half an hour away.
On Fridays, there is a wonderful market in Kas - a great place to buy souvenirs and to stock up on food. I highly recommend the Gösleme (savory pancakes) with potato and onion there. Make sure you get there early to get the best prices. (If you are lucky enough to make the first deal of the day - you can haggle a better price. A successful first deal brings good luck to the seller for the rest of the day).
But probably like me, you'll just want to stay in the Villa and enjoy the luxury of being spoilt rotten in paradise.

Guler & Nuri are wonderful hosts at their beautiful Villa which is decorated in Turkish style with everything carefully thought out. The description of the Villa is if anything understated.and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Villa.
We had 10 relaxing and quiet days, this being our third visit to Kas/Kalkan.
The Villa was imaculately clean and was kept that way with the delightful staff who are resident on the property.
We LOVE the people in Kas, we ate out a few times and had some excellent and good value meals, particularly at Bahce Restaurant. And a day out in the gulet Flora is always a highlight.
Our final two surprises at the Villa were an invitation to join Guler & Nuri for dinner the night before C's birthday- Guler is a fantastic cook and makes a divine birthday cake, and to be shown around the 'honeymoon suite'
You won't need to speak in Turkish, both have very good English.
Would we go back? We really didn't want to leave.

Dear Nuri and Guler
We have arrived home safely after an easy journey. We enjoyed our quick visit to Kalkan on the way to the airport. The timing was perfect, thanks for arranging it.
We all very much enjoyed our visit to Turkey and your generous hospitality in your beautiful villa and garden. We liked having the sea to walk to, as well as the pool to cool off in, and we particularly liked the peace and quiet of the area, especially the children who live in the busy, noisy city of London.
We had a nice barbeque which we purchased from your butcher in Kas and it was well cooked by Ercan, with the salad from Sevda! Very nice for us all.
Thank you also for our final breakfast in your house. We were very happy to eat Turkish food after a nice swim in the sea.
The sun is shining in our garden and we are well rested after our excellent holiday. We are glad we have found our nice family in Turkey. We want to come to Istanbul with the children in October, so we will contact you when we have made plans.

Although there were good and strong recommandetions from friends, I wasn't expecting that much but, when we arrived I figured out that all was true. What can I say, everything is beyond your expectations. Calm, Quiet, comfortable, lovely, friendly. Every house and room is designed to meet your nees and comfort.
It's time to upgrade your dreams. I'm looking for the next holiday, I wish I could see that place once again. If you want to upgrade your dreams this place is a master piece.

We were there last summer. It was so good, and so romantic.I felt like we are in the different age and i'm one of the king of Ottoman Empire. It was the second time i've been in Turkey. This time was really great. The palce has overlooking the sea & mountain and close to the historical town. For the romantic couples and adventure seekers.
