My family and I had a good stay at the Cove Ipoh by JomStay. We booked 2 units - duplex and an apartment. We had enough beds for our big family. The place is nice, clean and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed using swimming at the pool. We were lucky to be given three access cards which allow us to park inside the residence.

This was my second stay at The Cove, Ipoh. Two things that I think are worth mentioning: First: during our visit, the children water section was under maintenance so it was quite disappointing for my kids not being able to play and use the facilities. Second: There is a no ‘airbnb and no homestay’ policy enforced at this residence. So think carefully before you make your decision to book this place for your staycation. If you’re fine with the risk then please proceed with your booking.

too far from town

The plc was well maintained and clean.

Not sure where to dumb the rubbish. Toilet leaking not sure from the basin or the bidet pipe. Choke shower area from 1 of the room.

The location is within vicinity of the city. The facilities are great but make sure to bring proper swimming suit to enjoy public pool. Some of the facilities at the house ar ebroken such as the induction cooker but the rest of the facilities work well.

Make sure to keep checking Google reviews on this place. On my way to the location, I saw a review saying that rocks are falling near the area. Asked the staff if that location is nearby our unit and if it's still safe for me and my family, and the staff said it is very far from the location. But upon arriving, we realise the place where rocks are falling is very near to our unit. We also had a terrible experience in getting into the carpark area. The guards there are very strict and they won't allow any homestay stayers to park their car inside. Upon arrival, we had to deal with the noise of constructions beside our unit and its causing sound disturbance to my family. Make sure to only stay during weekend or public holiday to avoid that noise.

The environment is very quiet and attractive.

The homestay was smells bad when we enter. it will be very nice if you can add some auto air freshener in the homestay. Other than that the homestay was awesome.

About the apartment it's clean and nice

property was clean and comfortable, the condo environment especially the pool next to the limestone is really relaxing , close to nature

Lack of response and enthusiasm by the management staff. Waited quite long for message reply even though is seen

The place is clean, have swimming pools and all the shampoo soap everything has there already.. Other than that, it is really easy to communicate with the host and for me it is really good.. The tv also got netflix and all the aircond functioned well

I hope there will be toothpaste
