The admin & host, unreachable, play victim, blame others for their own wrongdoing, rude, purposely did not respond except when involves money they will reply within seconds. No basic needs provided in the house. No soap, shampoo, plastic, etc.. Bathroom dirty. Difficulties during check in..waiting for more than 1 hour just to get the key. Call no use wsap as well during the collection of keys.no assurance or anything to say to customer who has been asking and waiting without any further notice. When we complaint to booking customer service, and they did gave wrong information which cause them to lose the money that we paid. They threatened us some more with police etc although clearly said by booking they are the one who informed the house unavailable. Play victim some more. Such a very very very bad experience.please don't book any accommodation with this owner.

Duplex unit was spacious, easy access at ground floor and well decorated.

1. No trash bags - so we bought our own as we wanted to help out to make the cleaning easier 2. Upper bathroom was clogged (shower floor), as we only noticed late night we resorted to opening the floor trap ourselves and cleaned it - was dirty. Other rooms were fine only the upper first room on the left. 3. Residence was against homestay - felt unwelcomed and like beggars “tumpang a place” despite paying top dollar for a retreat. Proprietor should work this out with the JMB and shouldnt be made our problem. We only new after booking. Our cars was sticked with “No homestay you are not welcomed here” very unbecoming of Malaysian hospitality 4. Kids pool was under maintenance- again no one informed us - luckily the larger pool was good

This is the place to stay if you have a big family travelling together. All the necessary amenities is provided like washing machine , cooking and drinking water dispenser for hot and cold.

Not enough toilet papers provided and we had to purchase from supermarket.

We actually booked The Cove, but due to some issues we were redirected to another property of theirs. The staff were friendly and helpful, always communicating and offering assistance. They could improve on their kitchen facilities, providing a stove and microwave.

Nothing much was great, it can improve on cleanliness as it was tiny bit dust in some places.

Everything was great. Enough room for a family of 7. All rooms including living room has air conditioning. Bathrooms had water heaters. Had netflix, coway, washing machine, iron and microwave. Close to a lot of attractions

The security guard that was on duty at the swimming pool was a little inconsiderate. I was already wearing a proper swimming attire and as a muslimah i was wearing hijab and wanted to cover my chest area but he kept insisting me to tuck it in my swimming shirt which i refused repeatedly until my brother had to step in and told him off. I understand that he was only doing his job but it still made me uncomfortable and I was only playing with my niece at the kid's pool

everything we need are available.. the washng machine and dryer are the best one. the unit is big, clean, and very comfortable.

if possible.. need extra sofa..
