Flora Centre Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and much nicer than what we normally book while traveling. Breakfast each morning was very good with lots of different options. One of my favorite things was how helpful the staff were with transportation and trip planning. We booked several different rides through them, including transportation to Ninh Binh, airport transportation for my parents, and transportation when we left Hanoi. Everything was always arranged quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. They even arranged a private limousine service for us, which made traveling with our family so much easier. The laundry service was also amazing. I was able to completely catch up on all of our laundry while we were there, which was such a huge help while traveling long-term with kids. The entire staff made everything very easy, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Honestly, nothing. It was more expensive than the places we usually stay while traveling, but the quality of the hotel and the level of service definitely reflected that.

It suited our purpose, clean and very good comfortable beds, breakfast was ok.

Room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok for myself and daughter, not a hotel error, I wasn't very clear with front desk staff that we required a twin single when I made the booking.

Nice hotel with a good price and a very central location. The staff are nice and look after you well. A comfortable and easy stay

The only real downside was the bathroom—it isn't very modern and the shower struggled to function properly

We got a large room that was a combination of two rooms—this worked well for us because we were a couple with three children. The problem is that the room is on the 8th floor, there is no elevator, and you have to walk up every time. The hotel's location is excellent;

It is old property with a small, slow elevator. We stayed in a room that hadn't been renovated and didn't quite match the photos; the towels and furnishings were torn and broken. The breakfast was reasonable.
