L'Signature Hotel & Spa

The Room is very nice and comfy. It was located in a prime area where we can spend good time.

All good don't have any thing specific to mention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Signature Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast menu was excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was superb - just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter’s main attractions, yet tucked away on a quieter street. We loved discovering the local spa, convenient laundry service just across the road, and a fantastic craft beer spot around the corner. The rooftop was a perfect spot to watch the spectacular fireworks on the lake, celebrating Hanoi’s Capital Liberation Day, which made our stay extra special. The warmth and friendliness of the local people really added to our experience. A wonderful base for exploring Hanoi. Highly recommend!

The pool / spa area was quite small and tucked away, although the rooftop was a lovely place to relax, particularly in the evening. There was no gym, but we were aware of this when booking. Neither detracted significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel was perfect - location, clean, and the most wonderful staff! Naomi was exceptional - so friendly, helpful and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble. She even provided a take away breakfast as our flight left before breakfast opened. Without doubt I would recommend staying at this wonderful hotel!
