The location is great. It is close to everything. Just walking distance to attractions. The apartment is ok. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Restaurants are close.
It's hot in the apartment. It is a roof apartment. The check in process of taking a selfie and scanning all documents is ridiculous. They didn't answer messages within 24 h. You cannot store luggage after 10 am. The shower head is leaking water. The location is great though.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, with a beautiful bathtub and a bidet! As Italians we really appreciated it.
Some of the tiles in the floor were loose but it was such a minor issue it feels hardly worth mentioning.

The property is in a great location. Perfect for everything you want to see in Prague.
The apartment we were assigned (9) is extremely basic so if you are looking for old European charm this is not it. Cheap beds, bed linens and towels. It is a functional apartment and fine if you only need it for a place to sleep. It does not reflect the charm of Prague in any way.
