You can message the host through the Booking.com app or messaging feature to ask about the check-in procedure. The check-in process was fast and smooth.
One disappointing aspect of our stay was that the room provided did not match the photos and description posted online. The listing indicated that the unit would have two queen-sized beds suitable for four guests; however, upon arrival, we were given a room with only one queen-sized bed, one sofa bed, and one rollaway mattress. This felt misleading and did not meet our expectations based on the advertised accommodation.
