Location and the staff . Very much in the heart of makati right next to the park
Well equipped and the flat can be cleaned by the staff .
Also the gym and pool are excellent .
The tv, iron, fridge and the microwave could be little updated .. the remote of the tv was never working properly.

I like the location and proximity to major malls and great restaurants
It’s not clean as I would expected

Location, good size for 2 people, washing machine and great people at the reception and best of all, the gentlemen at the security. They were very accommodating and helpful!!!
A sofa bed at the living room should have been better instead of a regular couch.

The place was ok but it was not the same property as in the listing on Bookings. It was a completely different flat in a completely different building. It seemed to be a lot older and more run down the advertised place. Location was great in terms of stuff around it and proximity to the airport.
Wasn't as nice at the flat that was advertised.
