Perfect location for the ADO bus station.
Hotel was a decent price.
Staff were friendly and room always kept clean.
Room was quite big and bare, maybe could do with a cupboard or wardrobe but that’s all I can really moan about. Satisfied with the stay.

Location to the ADO. The hotel is located directly across the street.
Checking in staff (a female) was rude. It was the same type of rudeness experienced the last time I stayed at the hotel.
The check out staff was much nicer.
The room...there was no view. It was like a prison.
However, It served our purpose, we stayed overnight to catch our flight. This was my second stay at this hotel and would only do so again for convenience to ADO.

"Everything was really good, price, location (just in front of the bus station), many restaurants and interesting points near by.
The staff was super kind, good wifi and a big comfy bed."
