The condo was perfect for for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable, clean, and a great location. We would be happy to return again.

We were very impressed with Greta's communication from the moment we booked. Being pet friendly was also a huge bonus! Check-in was smooth & the property looked like the pictures.We traveled with 4 adults, 2 children, & 1 small dog. The 2nd bedroom was small for two grown adults and the beds were uncomfortable. The kids' bedroom was spacious. The kids did complain of the bed being noisy when moving. The master bedroom was also spacious, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathrooms were fine, I would just update all faucets & shower heads. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook. We did not use any food or things like that; just pots/pans. Soaps, lotions, etc were provided but we bought our own. Sheets, towels, etc were provided. It would be wonderful if beds were made when arriving. We had to make our own beds upon arrival and strip beds & bathroom towels prior to leaving. This wasn't a huge deal, but it did stink to have to make beds after traveling for many hours & we just wanted to go explore a new beach town. Cleanliness: The property is surface level clean. I am a bit of a stickler for this. I look at baseboards, windows, shower stalls, fridge handles, etc. Yes, it was clean, but having windows clear, handles without dirt, fresh smelling blankets, socks not being black after walking around would make a 5. The carpets could be shampooed. Overall I would suggest updating all mattresses, giving deep cleans after guests, & replacing all faucets.

Very beautiful place and super clean!! If you have an event at convention center this spot can’t be beat and also very close to yoga on the beach in AM!

Beautiful place & great location.

Great location, clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for a getaway. The property owners had phone chargers, fresh linens and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Would stay again!

Cleanliness and location were the most important things for us, and this place hit both of those out of the park. We were there for something at the convention center, so the location couldn't have been more perfect. There was plenty of parking for two cars, and everything was within walking distance, so we parked once we got there and didn't move the cars again until it was time to leave. There's a great bagel place right down the street for breakfast. The owner was very responsive and always wrote back quickly to my messages. I hope we're able to get this place again next year. It was absolutely perfect!

The property was perfect for us. We were going to the convention center and the boardwalk so it was perfect. It is like a block away so a very easy walk. The apartment was nice and cozy. We ate out the whole time so can't really comment on what supplies there were for cooking. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Look no further than this property. Everything was just amazing, Greta has you covered from A-Z! My daughter wanted to move in!! Attention to detail and amenities were second to none. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Would return in a heartbeat.

this property is amazing ! if you don’t stay here you are missing out ! amenities galore , location excellent , cleanliness bar none , owner went over and beyond to make us comfortable and communication was spot on ! sooooo impressed !!!

I spent three days at this condo and loved everything about it! Very clean! So comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach and convenient to just about everything. The owners were very nice, thoughtful, and responsive. Highly recommend!
