Mostly new, fresh, stylish. Very clean. The giant beanbag chair was fun and relaxing. Kitchen had a nice gas stove. We The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished. The manager responded promptly to all questions and was pleasant. Well located for my visit to Los Feliz neighborhood.

There are six electric outlets in the kitchen, but almost always when I plugged into any of them a water pot or toaster the circuit breaker would trip. I could only reliably use these appliances on the floor in another room. This really should be fixed but isn’t a deal breaker. Also didn’t like microfiber sheets and foam mattress, though bed was adequately comfortable. Would have liked to have cloth dish towels.

The towels was old and not clean and there’s no enough toilet paper just one piece and the bed wasn’t comfortable

Parking is a bit small. But middle-size car can fit in the assigned spot.

Perfect location for what we we needed. Easy walking distance to Griffith Park, restaurants and coffee shops on Vermont and Hillhurst avenues and Hollywood Blvd, Barnsdall Art Park and groceries close by too. Kenny was super helpful with all my questions and responded immediately, wonderful communication. The apartment is lovely and a good size. Comfy bed and private parking, a bonus in LA! Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in LA!!

You can hear your neighbours above you but it’s all part of big city living and didn’t really bother us, but just an FYI for others.

Would have liked dish sponge and dish towels in kitchen and hand towels and face cloths in the bathroom. fitted sheet was too small for mattress. having some ground coffee there to use on the first morning would have been nice.

Nice, modern and clean. Fully equipped. Very responsive host. Secured parking. Good location. 24/7 check-in/out.

the sofa bed is really comfortable

This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Close to all amenities in Hollywood, with excellent public transport links. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a home from home stay. It's freshly decorated and spotless. The owner was in communication before and during our stay, to make sure we were comfortable and he was very accommodating when my mom's flight arrived very late and she needed to spend a night with us. I would highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to book again, if I'm in Hollywood.

There's nothing not to like.
