It was a short stay. I was looking to stay near the airport for an early departure. The location was great for that reason.

The place is in a nice quiet area. The house was nice but unfortunately there was a small mishap the day before that caused me to give them a 4 star. Pretty sure it would have been better if it wasn't for that. Good area.

I was in town for a quick 2 day stay. The check-in process was easy. All of the little touches to the place made it more enjoyable (cookies, waters, coffee, hampers, shower caddy filled with shower needs). It was definitely toasty in the living room where the only television is, but the bedrooms were cool and the beds were comfy. Only 1 small recommendation, a bag of ice in the fridge or ice trays would be very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

When I first booked this reservation I thought it was too good to be true! But I wanted to be close to my relatives and so I decided to book it anyways. I work from home so I needed a place with wifi and air conditioning. I also traveled with my two small children and I wanted to make sure we were comfortable.
I arrived on Wednesday and I was scheduled to work from 3-6:30pm, this is where everything started going wrong… during one of my meetings the power went out! I called the host to let her know and asked what can be done since I specifically booked this property because I needed to work! Her response was that “she did not have control over the power outages in Puerto Rico”. The power went out 3 times in total on Wednesday. Thursday night right before midnight the Power went out again! This time it didn’t return until about 3am. My kids and I were so hot we could barely breath. So I opted to go to the car until the power came back. The place has Problems with the plumbing, plumbing issues which I addressed, sink, toilet and tub all three got clogged!
I just had enough and decided to check out earlier! The host stopped corresponding with me and I’m still waiting to hear back from her. I just wanted to get refunded for the 2 nights I decided not to stay there for all the inconveniences presented the 2 days prior.
Advise if you decide to book this property: ask them if they already fixed the plumbing issues I and added a generator. Also bring repellent.

Quiet neighborhood

Great washer and dryer for use
Plenty of towels and spare sheets available
Great/reliable internet speed
Uber costs were inexpensive to get to Old San Juan and other locations like the beach
Cons (or more like things to note)
No air conditioner in the living room
Water in sinks and shower didn't get hot or very cold
No grocery store in close walking distance but using ubereats for grocery delivery was easy
Overall, it was a nice experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It had all we needed for a two night stay. The location is good if you have a car.

Very clean little upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms (one with full size bed and other with 2 twin), kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, small living area, and breezy back terrace with seating. The bedrooms have A/C units but not rest of apartment, so may be too hot to hang out in living atea but back terrace is much better. Quiet night. No walking distance places to eat but several options within 10-15 minutes driving. Easy 1-space parking right in front of entrance to apartment. Close to airport, so great as a place to stay when needing to be at the airport early in the morning.

It was conveniently located close to the airport and San Juan. Maria is an excellent host and was kind enough to provide welcome cookies and extra water bottles during my stay.

The property was a little bit difficult to find in the dark, but communication was excellent. Once that was all worked out, things were very smooth and it was a great little hideaway. very peaceful and inviting.
