Really cosy, has everything you may need. Good location and communication with host. It was nice temperature I think will be great for summer, not too hot.
For longer than 2 night I think is good to have extra towels for hands and hair. Do not reccomend for very tall people.

Location was ideal, right off the main street of Nice. Little gifts of lollies and drinks in the fridge were very thoughtful. Host was very responsive in her communication.
We were unaware the air conditioning was a seasonal thing, so it was non existent during our stay despite the advertisement stating it had aircon. Thankfully the temperatures were manageable with the windows open. The bed linen was not entirely clean. Bathroom relatively small, but did the job for a couple nights stay.
There were also no curtains, so woken by the morning daylight each day.
