Great staff abd pleasant stay

Wonderful hotel very rustic. Service was amazing especially the complimentary breakfast!

I loved this place, cozy, quiet, perfect for our mini vacation. We had the room with the 2 queen beds and sofa bed and it was spacious, loved the fireplace in the room. Had a great time at the pool and jacuzzi with the waterfalls. Overall PERFECT!!!

This Inn was amazing- we had such a great time! The checkin was easy, room was so clean and large. We ate at Fosters for dinner and had a wonderful meal! We attended a wedding which was beautiful and food was great! The only cons were the beds weren’t the best as king bed had a big dip in one side. The trash cans were very small and had to get additional larger garbage bags from housekeeping. Oh the greatest thing was C.C. The cat of the Inn. I would definitely go back!

I booked a room for Common Man Inn and Spa for a family members wedding. I paid $280 for 2 queen beds. The Lodge and Inn looked gorgeous on the website. We went to check in and were told our "room" was up the street at Common Man Lodge . THIS IS A COMPLETELY different place. It is an old 2 story motel WITH NO ELEVATOR that looks like a Howard Johnson hotel from 1960. There is NO staff in the building after 9 pm so patrons are free to party, run around the halls and nobody is available if you need to get more blankets, pillow, broken heat, etc. To say it was disappointing and a complete Swith and Bait is being kind. Another couple who were wedding guests went thru the same experience. They were given a handicapped accessible room, in which the shower was meant for a person in a wheelchair . The shower was so low that she had to lean back to get under the shower head. It was extremely disappointing. The bride and groom had a trolley for guests to go to and from the reception. Since we paid for a room at Common Man Inn and Spa, Plymouth NH but were sent up the street to "The Lodge" we were unable to use the Trolly Service. Very disappointed with the room No fireplace, nothing that was described . Awful

Overall, this was a nice one- night getaway. Pool and hot tub were nice, we were there while there was only one other couple. Restaurant was decent and the atmosphere was cozy. Our room had its issues, unfortunately. Very run down (not in a rustic way), very bright with no drapes and parking lot lights just outside the window and the fireplace didn’t work…although they were very apologetic and took $50 off the room fee. If they fix up the rooms, we would definitely return.

Always enjoy stay but this time place noticed it's time for a lot of makeovers. Rugs are worn in common areas, wallpaper coming off in room, vents in pool area are in desperate need of cleaning and place just feels tired. Mr.Ray, please don’t let this wonderful inn go down hill.

Cutely decorated Inn.. quiet. Could use some updating. IT’s location is accessible to highway and main routes. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! This was not our first visit and wasn’t our last.

The staff for the event was not personable and acted as if they didn’t want to be there for the wedding function

The venue was very clean and plenty of close parking. The beds were comfortable and the shower was spotless. Would definately stay there again.

Breakfast was super crowded at hotel. Lodge was good except no elevator for second floor.

No bathroom vent, mattress pad noisy plastic, scratchy sheets, a/c very loud, even on low.

The night shift woman at the desk was awesome , helpful , friendly, knowledgeable. The day woman was miserable.

Clean and rustic with a bit of local history throughout. Boiler room dinner was excellent. The continental breakfast was a nice touch.

My wife and I stayed at this property because I was attending classes nearby. I was looking for a nice inn where my wife could stay while I was in class. This inn appeared to have all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately we were housed in an off-site 'lodge' a half mile from the main inn. No amenities and too far,for my wife who has an walking disability,to walk.

I stayed at the Lodge, not the Inn. The Lodge is about 1/4 mile up the road. The Lodge is an average accommodation that is over-priced - it gets the job done, but nothing spectacular. My biggest gripe is that the second floor is not handicap accessible. Fortunately, we did not need handicap access, but the second floor would be a problem for the disabled or elderly who cannot ambulate stairs or carry their luggage up stairs. From what I saw of the Inn (excluding rooms) was that it was a very rustic environment with good food and service.

We would have preferred being in the main building as opposed to The Lodge, which is off-site. It's not far, but not walkable. Also, if you would like to use the exercise room, don't bother. Its small, limited and not air conditioned.

Rustic cabin-type property had a very cozy and inviting lobby but elsewhere, the property failed to impress. We were put in "the lodge" which is a 2-3 minute drive up the street. The lodge is basically a motel, made to look like a rustic lodge. It was very inconvenient to the main hotel where the pool and hot breakfast is served and certainly not worth the high price paid.

Staff was polite. However the property was nothing special. The lodge was dirty, there was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was non existent. Its a great area but we were definitely not impressed with the hotel. Wouldnt recommend.

Bathroom door stuck closed. Toilet seat loosely attached. It wasn’t clear when booking the room, that our room was not located at the main hotel location. We had to pack back up and drive to a second location.

So amazing that they accommodate dogs so well!

I needed a place to stay during my sons PSU orientation. This Inn is adorable with super friendly staff and adorably country rooms. I loved it so much we’re going to use it as our go too when visiting our son for the next few years!!!
