Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, lobby and room were clean

Breakfast attendant was on her speaker phone loudly making a personal call the whole time we were there to eat. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and hash browns were all barely warm, could not find hot water for oatmeal and milk jug was empty for cereal yet we were the only ones eating at the time

The breakfast is very good, could be a little warmer though. The location is great . Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The check in could use improvement. I booked using booking.com and when I arrived they said that they did not have a reservation for me. Once I retrieved my phone and gave them the confirmation number, they found and completed my check in for one of my rooms, I booked two. I then told him AGAIN that I had two rooms, he said that he only seen one and then made me wait until he finished other guest even though I was still at the counter for my turn. I felt very brushed off and it took way longer than it needed to. Also, they charge you a $150 deposit at check in and it is not a pending charge, they charge it in total with the room, so you have to wait to receive your deposit back.

It was clean and the price was good

There was no hot water for our showers. I took my first cold shower in 50+ years.
