1.The location at Bay Park was walking distance to the sea. 2. The area outside the building was clean, and safe to walk with minimum traffic or noise. 3. The unit was quite spacious open-plan style. 4. Also adequate kitchen facilities, good size fridge-freezer. 5. A short walk from condo to Mc Do and Chow King restos, and 711 store. 6. The shower water was lacking a little heat. 7. There is a full size 4x hob stove/oven. Overall a nice place to stay. Regards G.R.B.. (UK).

Everything is good especially the location except for plentiful number of cockroaches over the kitchen and dining area.Some kitchen appliances are outdated but still useful.Superb view if Rizal Park.Spacios ,clean and tidy.
Cockroaches all over.

Central location; just across Luneta park with a very good view of it; and close to Intramuros .
No available car parking within the bldg premises.
