Just off the kitchen and living room, the entire back portion of the home features accordion style doors for unobstructed views of the porch and pool. The outdoor space of this home features a luxury kitchen and gas grill with a lounge space for the whole family to enjoy being together. The entire property has Sonos Wireless Surround Sound capability, so you never have to pause your favorite song. On those rare rainy days, the media room is the perfect retreat with a full surround sound system to enjoy a good movie while curled up on the comfortable sectional couch. Throughout the home you will find beautifully and warmly decorated king guest bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation. - NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
