This was the perfect place to make our home base on a trip back to Charleston to visit family and friends. We used to live in town and the location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go (MTP, Sullivans as well as a quick drive downtown). The townhome was very clean and newly renovated. This is a great house to stay for a family. Loved that there were plenty of towels for use, including beach towels. We would definitely rent again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The rental was so clean and well stocked. Me and my friend had a wonderful time. Unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to use the pool area, which also looked nice. The beach was a short drive away and plenty of dining options in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Mt. Pleasant. It was the perfect location for our 2 adult, 2 child family to venture into Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant itself. Close to plenty of restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and everything you need. The location was quiet and we were glad we picked it over downtown Charleston or West Ashley. You are only a few minutes to Sullivan's Island beach, neighborhood parks for young kids (check out Alhambra Park).
The house itself was super clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen, and was modern. Communication with Andrea was simple and we had no issues at all. We would return and stay again if needing a place in the Charleston area!

The Oystercatcher Cottage was a perfect spot for our "home base". It was so close to everything - the beach, Charleston, Shem Creek, Patriots Point. There was a Publix, CVS, Starbucks right down the road. The neighborhood was quiet, the condo was quiet, it was a really great spot. Having a washer and dryer is a game changer when traveling. I would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Newly decorated, clean and very quiet neighborhood. So close to everything you want to get to in Shem Creek. 5-10 mins to downtown Charleston. Loved this place and will definitely rent again the next time we are in Charleston.

Home is very nicely decorated, perfectly clean, and with all needed amenities. Couldn’t get a better location, quiet location with easy access to downtown Charleston, IOP, and Sullivan island … all very short distances away. While bedrooms were very comfortable, my only suggestion would be black out drapes for a
bit less light in the back bedroom. Overall we would definitely recommend this home.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our vacation. It was our first time staying in a home away from home and it was lovely and I'm sure it will be hard to surpass. This cottage had it all great beauty and function with every detail thought out in-between. It allowed us to truly relax and be ourselves after returning from visiting the sights in Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Andrea was a great host, immediately responding to questions and even accommodating one and we enjoyed her dining recommendations. We had a great time and would love to return one day!

We we’re very pleased with our stay. Everything was beautiful! The property manager was very nice, and made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s less than five miles away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Not to mention, the home looks exactly like what you see in the pictures.

Great location and truly appreciated the pristine condition of the property. Impressed with the quality of the towels and bedding and Serta i comfort mattresses. Neighbors were quiet, and we had absolutely no problems. Our only minor complaint was that the wooden blinds in the bedroom let in quite a bit of light from the streetlights, and one member of our party had trouble sleeping at first until we purchased a piece of cardboard at Staples to put behind the blind at night to make the room darker. We have been to the Low Country many times and stayed at many properties. This one was up there as one of the best. Thank you!

My family just finished our stay in Mt. Pleasant in "Old Village" and we were very impressed. In our opinion, this place has a lot to offer.... Close to the beach, beautifully renovated, VERY clean and close to all that Mount Pleasant, Charleston, Sullivan's Island and IOP have to offer. Andrea was very responsive and a great resource. If you're considering Mount Pleasant, IOP, Sullivan's or Charleston check them out, you will NOT be disappointed!

Host was wondering, great communication. Condo was newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. She even heard us make a comment as we were entering the property there was no grill. So she went out and bought a grill for the condo. Everything was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
