Muy flexibles con el Check in, se puede hacer Self-Check out, está bien ubicado para ir al terminal de bus. Muy amplia la habitación y el baño estaba justo al lado.

El baño no era muy limpia y no había en donde poner sus cosas mientras bañarse.

La habitación es perfecta y cómoda, la sala de estar tiene ventanas amplias y es luminosa, el personal es amable y cálido, nos hicieron sentir en casa.

Todo fue perfecto.

La atención al cliente es muy buena, te atienden súper bien, y están al tanto de las habitaciones

Lastimosamente no poseen jabón de baño, pero nos ayudaron con uno líquido que tenían Y las habitaciones no tienen TV, creo q al menos deberían de tener una, no importa el tamaño pero si al menos una en la habitación

The price was good considering it was a private room .I was told I had been given a different room than the one i had booked and this one was better but i will never know because i have not seen the other one. The mattress was really good and everything was spacious , nice and clean. However I had to go all the way up and across the hostel to get to the showers. Fortunately i had a toilet in my room or it would have been quite annoying to have to go that far everytime. Too bad everything else sucked but at least it was clean.

The direction given was terrible. They were nice enough to get a uber for me to pick me up at the airport after i texted them ( i didnt have internet to get the uber myself) . Huge confusion, I got a call from the Uber telling me he was on his way. Then 20 minutes later i got another call from a differnt Uber telling me he was on his way. There was a lot of traffic. Anyhow, after wiating 30 minutes and my phone battery nearly out i managed to get clarification from the hostel telling the first Uber had canceled and the second one was the one picking me up. they kept telling me 7 minutes every 20 minutes and at last after 1h15 a driver came. He couldn't find the hostel and asked me where it was ..obviously I had no clue. Driver followed the map sent by hostel sending us to a pizza restaurant. We looked around the street and there was no sign for "casa Pitaya" so we assumed we got it wrong and went on a goose chase around town trying to find this place. Another 30 minutes drive trying to find a sign. Eventually we went back to the pizzeria and finally saw a person on the street to whom we asked and luckily they knew about a place that rented rooms and directed us there at the opposite corner. No bells to ring, no way to call and luckily the driver sent them a text and guy came to open all smile and friendly.I spend a lot of time Cr and this neighborhood is shady I wouldnt recommend to girls alone. There are no shops around and you have to walk a good 4 block (the blocks are big there). My room had curtains that were too small for the window that was right on the bottom floor of the street, not great. at midnight the hostel people decided to come to my floor and have a loud conversation ( sound resonate since its big) half shouting waking me up and keeping me up for over 30 minutes. AT 2am woken up by someone outside. At 3h30 am , just over my room someone moved furniture until 6h30. no sleep. I wanted the cheap private room Never again.

The location is great, not in the center where it's so crowded but close enough to it if you should want to go do a little shopping, eat, go to the mercado. Kaylor is absolutely AWSOME! He is super attentive, kind, considerate and helpful. The atmosphere there is peaceful, family-like but also non-intrusive if you want to be left alone. The facilities are not fancy but very clean and comfortable. What Casa Pitahaya lacks in luxury it more than makes up for it with great service and great value for the money.

I would have given it a a 10 but gave it a 9 because there was no TV or microwave.
