Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück/Restaurant waren sehr gut

Ein freundlicher Empfang und ein sauberes Hotel (trotz Bauarbeiten). Ein sehr geschmackvoller, moderner Lobbybereich!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;) Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, der angekündigten Bäcker hatte leider nicht am Sonntag geöffnet. Es gab Alternativen.

Příjemný personál, prostorné pokoje, kávovar a kuchyňka v pokoji, pohodlná postel, balkon, kryté prostorné parkoviště na vstupní kartu. Hotel se renovuje a dle fotek/ plánů na recepci bude vypadat úžasně. Jistě se sem v budoucnu vrátím :)

Room was nice and updated

Spa tubs didnt work, no breakfast as advertised, unfinshed construction throughout with wires hanging out everywhere. Hotel staff needs to be informed gow to use spa tubs. We loss 5 euros and no tub use.

The staff was really friendly, room was clean. Location is great, nice district, near S-bahn, that goes directly to the city center.

We were not informed that the hotel is under construction. Wi-Fi was working really bad or not at all that is one big minus.

The room decorations and color scheme was very nice…the staff spoke English!

There was massive construction being done and we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs because the elevator was not working! The cable was distorted, the internet did not work and the AC blew but did not get cold! We were in a King apartment and probably should have asked to move, but we were wiped after a very long day! It was unfortunate…

we couldn’t get to hotel due to key box with code doesn’t work and were relocated to other hotel with worse conditions

Excellent cozy room. Enough place even for family with children. Excellent breakfast. Lots of light in breakfast room. Beautiful overnight stay that was beyond our expectation. Many thanks.
