I like the location of the property as there is a nearby bus station and a supermarket. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can hangout.

Nice hostel - with private rooms. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are shared. Nice lounge area. Friendly and helpful staff...Good value.
Staff only there until 6 pm....wasnt an issue for this stay, but it would be nicer if someone is around full time. A bit out of the centre but still walkable from nagoya station if you miss the last bus or metro

I was a bit scared when I read other reviews about bed bugs but luckily I didn't have any (I was in the dorm on the second floor all in the back next to the lockers). Bed was very comfortable even though it seemed worn out. Curtains.
Aircon worked very good so the room had a nice cool temperature.
Rooftop was amazing! I went at about 5pm where half was in the shade and there was a nice breeze. I could dry my clothes there in the wind.
Free tea and instant coffee.
Luggage storage is allowed.
They have a stamp!
Well-equipped kitchen.
Location, a bit annoying and long walk to the station along a highly-frequented road.
When I checked it, the lady showed me my bed but it was occupied and I then waited almost 30mins to resolve the problem and then we went agaidn to the same room, different bed. Also, on other the days, the lady wasn't very friendly and didn't greet
