Staff is so kind and helpful. Wonderful service. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. Also the pillows are not comfortable either- the beads are very hard on the head. I booked two rooms and one had a double bed and I only got a twin bed that I had to share with my daughter which was uncomfortable. I wish both rooms had double beds.

Beds, pillows, single bed for one room but double bed for the other room, and the door has an alarm once opened so we felt bad we were waking up our neighbours because we had to leave at 5:30 am. The alarm should not go off and should be manually shut off. I wish you provided charging outlet cords or usb charging ports.

I like the quiet environment. Breakfast items were great! There are washers and dryers at the hotel and you can check the room TV screen to determine which washer and dryer are available. There are two microwaves available in the eating area near the lobby (breakfast area). The hotel is within 1-2 minute walking distance from the train station, Imbanihon-Idai station (not a JR line). The same station has the Narita Express train that goes to Terminal 2-3 and 1 (yes, you can use the JR pass).

It's a nice quiet area that you can walk around and enjoy the tranquility. However, some people might find it too quiet. The only mart that sells food is the one at the train station.

Near enough to airport and train to crash after long flight. Nice breakfast included.

Far from stores, on the info, it says a few minutes away from the station but actually is quite far from the station, especially with luggage. Even though you can see the hotel but you would need to walk a big round to get there because there are other facilities in between. I picked the hotel because it is close to the airport. However, when summarizing the time and cost, staying at the airport will be way better if you include the transport time and fare. If you are staying at the airport hotel, you could take the rapid train which just takes roughly 40 mins from Nippori then 1.5 hours of train traveling with transits. Also, the next morning you will need to wake up early (around 5) to get the first train. The overall cost to stay in the airport will be more expensive but it saves a lot of time than staying at Inba if you are planning to go to the airport. I choose time over cost.
