Hotel Boutique Mura

Room was spacious, clean and had a flat-screen TV and small refrigerator. Good wifi and walking distance to many good restaurants.

No microwave oven, cups, coffee, tissue paper, napkins etc. In the room.

However, this is definitely not the case. The hotel is neither small nor stylishly designed, and it doesn’t feel intimate!!! - The water from the shower smelt strange - The provided towels strongly smelt of chemicals (probably bleach) - I couldn’t dry myself - The sockets are not functioning properly - Leandro welcomed us very friendly on arrival. However, the female receptionist was not very friendly - No message from the hotel after booking our stay (from all our other hotels we received a direct message) - Rusty dustbin and mold in the bathroom - The pool is poorly maintained and not inviting to relax - The hotel is overpriced in comparison to the other hotels we booked - It seems like many men come here for a hair transplant
