We had an amazing stay at Palais De Fès! The riad is stunning and the staff made it truly special. Jihane and Yusuf coordinated all our transportation and activities, so everything went smoothly. Mohammad was wonderful at breakfast every morning and always made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

The service was fantastic, Youssef was so helpful and friendly. Genuinely interested in our comfort, thank you Youssef. The riad is so beautiful, magical kind of stay.
The breakfast was mediocre, I would have loved to see more variety and milk alternatives options.

The place was exceptionally beautiful and in a great location! Yousef along with the staff were all extremely nice and helpful, always with a smile on their faces and will do everything to meet your needs!

The hotel is located right next to Medina with a beautiful terrace facing the entire city. Our favorite part of the stay was having a tea on the terrace in the evening overlooking the old Fes.
Fadwa helped us a lot with arranging the taxis, extras for the room and other small things that we needed for our stay.
The room we booked had a dining terrace right above the room and it was very loud as the guests were dragging chairs all the way up to midnight. Also the windows were facing a square which becomes very loud after 9pm and up to 2am..

"Das freundliche Personal, vor allem Youssef und Jihan , das authentische und doch luxuriöse Hotel, eine atemberaubende Geschichte, die unser Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Ich bedanke mich an da..."
