Location by the river is magical. Owners were nearby and extremely responsive.

It is fine for winter stay but will be better in summer.

This is a beautiful, stylish, airy house with lots of space and a beautiful garden in the quiet suburb of Carrierres sur Seine but with all the delights of Paris a short train journey away. It suits a multi generation family holiday with plenty of options for a variety of rural or urban activities. Nathalie is an exceptional host, on hand just over the road and hugely helpful

It's a very small thing but a few more plates, serving platters, bits of kitchen kit (more large boards, knives) would be helpful along with a house guide for things like the cooker, exterior lights and guide to the local area for shops and restaurants but generally the house is very comfortable and well equipt with everything a large family could need
