Location of the property is great, just up the hill from the Tobermory Harbor. John is a great host providing a wonderful breakfast, that met all of our dietary requirements. Property is clean and well maintained. John is very helpful in providing suggested activities. This is a great place to stay in Tobermory.
The rooms are upstairs, so be prepared to carry your luggage. Other than the breakfast area, there isn’t any space for relaxing outside of your room.

We stayed three nights. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a harbour view. John was a great host and made an excellent breakfast. He was very helpful with lots of advice about the island. Would definitely recommend a stay at Burbank.

Our breakfast needs were simple and John fulfilled them easily. John was full of useful information re the island and Tobermory re restaurants and shopping.
But I have to commend him on the bathroom. It was the best of all the hotels we stayed in. (Burnbrook was the only B&B we stayed in.) Spotlessly clean, excellent shower and super soft towels. Well done!
