Great location with the pier and grand bazaart being within a 5 mins walk. The hotel rooms and bedding was comfortable. WiFi was also one of the better hotels.

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The outdoor pool needs a complete makeover. There's not enough chairs and the pool itself is cheap and nasty and in need of a major overhaul.

The staff at the front desk had really disgusting behavior. He tried to get us to take a different cab than the one we had booked on Booking.com, presenting the driver as the person waiting for us. We had clearly said that we had already booked a cab, and the person told us that that was precisely our cab. In the meantime, however, the real driver arrived. It was a pathetic attempt at cheating. Already we had been cheated the first night by being offered a poor restaurant with high prices.
