NTB Roma B&B

Fabulous location- walking distance to all the main areas in the old city. Easy access, secure, a lift. Comfortable, clean, attractive. Breakfast, tea & coffee. Iron & board. Lovely host Silvia.

It was nice to have a continental breakfast to kickstart our sightseeing for the day. Having a dedicated table for our stay was also a nice touch. Ntb Roma was very comfortable. We slept well. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! First and foremost, the bed was absolute luxury—phenomenally comfortable and guaranteed a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location couldn't be better: central, safe, and right in the middle of Rome, making it easy to walk to major attractions, local restaurants, and transport links. There's (eg) a taxi stop around the corner... Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the elevator—it's definitely got a bit of quirky vintage charm to it, but it works fine and only adds to the character of the place! Special mention for the host: Silvia was absolutely brilliant—friendly, highly informative, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay! Highly recommended, absolutely lovely and we would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, would have to wrangle my brain to find anything negative to say. Or perhaps : warm water takes a while to reach upstairs but that's understandable with a building of this size (and the boiler most likely being in the cellar and the lines not being equiped with a flow control system that circulates the water). But... that's nitpicking...

The location. Really close to the Spanish steps.

It was not exaxtly "clean". The room had a spider web and in the bathroom, you could see mold stains in the shower cabin. In the kitchen the counter was dirty and although breakfast was included, in 2025 you are not supposed to leave half empty bottles of milk or open ham packages for your guests. I am not a germ freak, but this is not something that I would trust to eat. On top of that upon our arrival, we had to wait for an hour just for a scan of our passports, although it is something that we could have already send via email or whats up to the owner. Not the best welcome experience.
