Modern Hotel Baku

The room alloted was fairly big.

The staff were not very hospitable or welcoming.Except for one girl with a bob cut.Who was an exceptional person.The rest seem to have a terrible attitude.They initial refused to keep our baggage till we returned from Gabala after two noghts.It is only when I said that booking .com said that this was a facility they offered they agreed to keep it but were not responsible for it.

The property’s location is not very good. There is always heavy traffic on the roads when taking a taxi. The staff is courteous, but the breakfast options are very limited. I stayed there on two separate bookings and both times found that the bidet shower was leaking, the bathtub had very low water pressure, and the drainage was clogged.

The rooms are good, spacious, and offer great value for the money. Additionally, the staff is really friendly. However, the restaurant is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

The restaurant is one of the worst I have ever experienced. It is completely unhygienic. My family and I stayed for four nights, and they served the exact same breakfast every single day. It felt like they were just doing it for the sake of it, with no care at all. To make matters worse, the tables, chairs, spoons, and plates were not clean. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I highly suggest not having breakfast at this hotel. The rooms are fine to stay in, but do not opt for the breakfast or lunch.
