70 Tory Apartment

Location was good, so were the bedrooms. Apartment was clean. Very secure.

Room was 2 bedrooms so slept 4 but the couch could only sit 2. Dining chairs are worn. Shower is over bath not aswell as a bath. This may be me not paying enough attention when booking but worth noting for those less physically mobile. Also kitchen cupboards with glasses, plates etc were super high and unreachable for any shorter guests.

The beds were really comfy. Central, warm, good shower, and comfortable. Daughter loved having a bath! Thank you!

Access was very difficult and stressful to manage without a key/card. I accidently got stuck and locked out without my phone with the code on it, in the evening, when i was trying to familiarize myself with the fire exit. I had no way to contact anyone, and there was no way to get inside. Luckily another guest arrived to the front, and helped me phone my mother in law to come down and let me in. He did try to call the hotel number first with no luck, as the only phone number i knew was my own, and unsure if my mother in law would hear it, it was very stressful! A card to swipe to get in and out would help for guests to access with ease and assurance. It would benefit to have better ventilation in the bathroom.

Location

The bathroom sink did not drain-. It was quite revolting . This was absolutely not good enough. The washing machine was also out of order. There were 3 downlights not functioning-it was dark at the entrance. No instructions for stove/ oven/Mwave.

Comfy beds & pillows

Coffee machine did not work … water not very hot Lounge seating very uncomfortable
