Hotel AD Suites Nazionale

The welcoming staff was very pleasant, the location of the property was excellent for the purpose of my visit, room was comfortable and clean.

The entrance of the building was a disappointment. Not very well maintained. Also a missunderstanding with the staff about the towels was not handled politely. Even though there is a card in the room saying that we could put the towels on the floor if we needed them changed, upon our return to the room we found them on the floor and when we asked about the change we were infrormed about a hotel policy of a Euro 7 charge per person if we needed them changed before 4 days. This was never communicated to us and the note in the room was very clear. When we asked, 'What shall we do now? The reply was ' I don't know'. When I mentioned that I would complain, they told me that I'm taking it as a battle which I found very unnecessary and unproffesional as a reply to a guest. Upon my leave I overheard other customers complaining about the same matter....

The staff was really friendly. They upgraded our room as well which was a great. The room was big and spacious. No noise from the road. Bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. Room service everyday and the room had all the basic amenities. Aircondition was working perfectly. Cold still water and cold sparkling water in the common area. Location was outstanding. Bus stop right outside the building and countless shops, cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The street was lively and had a beautiful vibe. Connections from hotels to many places were so convenient. Rome termini and Repubblica metro on walking distance. 10/10 in every aspect.

Very good location near most of the sights and walking distance to the central station. Very polite and kind staff that were eager to help us. Very comfortable mattress!

Water pressure wasn’t so strong
