Felt like home.

The home was cozy and comfortable. It’s an older home and has had many upgrades including the kitchen and baths. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes and utensils as we had a Christmas Eve dinner with the family and a few friends. Neighborhood was nice and convenient to stores. Beach view was spectacular! Easy to communicate with the management and they were very responsive. The hot tub wasn’t working but management compensated for the issue.

Our friends and family gathered for a lovely Georgia/Florida football weekend. We needed a home that could accommodate a large family and friends during the day. This house was absolutely perfect for us! The kids played in the backyard, the teenagers hung on the beach, the adults were able to be comfortable everywhere. The Inlaw suite right off of the kitchen was great as it kept my MIL from having to climb stairs. The community around it is active and beautiful. A broken coffee maker was corrected expediently. The outdoor furniture was nice, the indoor furniture was nice, the kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. We brought an extra television and watched the game outside with the full moon. We were able to open the windows at night and listen to the ocean. It was enjoyed by all. Thank you for sharing. I’d live there in a minute.

This was a family trip planned for my parents (early 70s) and family, Amazing location and views. Home had everything we needed and was one of the best backyards I can remember right on the beach. Fantastic property management.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is in an ideal neighborhood and the beach is incredible. The house was very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen provided for everything needed to cook a family meal. Everyone in our group is hoping to return next year.

Loved it!

We have been renting beach houses in the Ponte Vedra area South Ponte Vedra for over 20 years. Our stay at the Beachfront Cottage/Palmetto Dunes property was one of are all time favorites. It was the most comfortable, beautifully decorated beach home we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels & outdoor furniture to relax in and soak up the Florida sunshine. We enjoyed dinner every night looking at ocean from the 10 seat dinning room table. A well stocked kitchen with top of line appliances made cooking a joy. Great floor plan for everyone to have their own space or gather as a family. It was a treat to have a golf cart to roam around in and jacuzzi to end the night. The customer service from the property management was top notched. Christa & Kacci were wonderful to work with from check in to check out. All are questions and needs were taken care in a timely fashion. They made our stay a delight. Our beach trip could of not been any better as we honor our dad at his celebration of life service. Thank you for making our stay a peaceful and memorable one.
