I would give 6 stars if I could. Great communication and just a wonderful house. The negative review I read earlier is totally inaccurate. The neighborhood is safe and we had a wonderful time speaking with the neighbors.

A group of 7 of us stayed at this property in mid July. We were initially impressed with the house when we entered as it appeared clean, smelled of pine cleaner, and the tile floors were extraordinarily shiny. The house was spacious with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate all of us. However, once we started to settle in things became not so nice. Major issues included: dirty dishes in the cupboards; empty candy wrappers and a bottle of nail polish were left in the freezer door shelves along with an open bag of ice that had spilled over onto the shelving. The master bedroom had no TV, and there was a fist- sized hole in the wall. The a/c in the 2nd master bedroom could not keep the room cool and barely maintained a tolerable temperature. In the kids' room one of the twin beds had hair in the sheets, and a panty guard (women will know what that is) with strands of hair sticking to it, had been left in one of the dresser drawers. The 4th bedroom had an ant infestation. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, which was very nice. We thought that we would utilize the outside refrigerator for pool drinks & snacks so that we wouldn't have to run in-and-out of the house so much. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty. The freezer was also impacted with ice and other frozen items inside of plastic grocery shopping bags. We immediately contacted the owner about the initial physical issues and he did offer to give us a portion of the cleaning fee back to "do something fun with" and we accepted it. There was also a creep factor. We began to notice the man in the house across the street was watching us (outright from his front yard and peeping from behind his front window draperies). Then one night one of the ladies went out to get something from the car and the door to the back gate slammed shut as she went outside. The next day we saw that the side door to the utility shed was open. One of the other ladies who had been working at the desk near where the guest book lay noticed that the book was closed one afternoon though it had previously laid open since our arrival. The neighborhood was quite nice and inviting so several ladies in our group thought they would bike ride along with other neighbors who were out and about enjoying the evening, but there were no bicycles (as mentioned on the website). We made the best of the experience but we would not return to or recommend this property. Thank you.

Diane was wonderful to work with, property was as advertised. Everything was was very comfortable and plenty of extras n the kitchen. Check in and out could not have been easier. Great location to all the local courses. Thank you.

Very comfortable for a family of 8 adults-very relaxing-great for family time but plenty of space for quiet time if you need some down time for yourself-gray location!!!

We came to Florida to golf and we did. Sooo happy to have a refreshing pool waiting for us at the end of the day. Very pleasant and comfortable home❣
