We loved our stay! Close to everything. Fun game room (although there is a Pool Table, not Foosball), open kitchen with big table. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Would definitely stay again!

We were a group of 4 senior women on a golf vacation. Outside porch/ deck closed off with chairs, so we didn't use, not a big deal . Screen on the porch deck damage , so we just figured that was the reason. House owner wonderful, answered every question we had. Very comfortable home. Excellent location to restaurants, beach and golf course. Very pleasant experience.

We had a family trip with my dad to go back to where he was born in Middletown, and staying at Matt‘s place could not have been more perfect. It was well suited for our group, and could’ve handled even more! We felt at home and it was a very special trip. Matt was a fantastic coast, and we absolutely would recommend his place!
