Drury Plaza Hotel Savannah Pooler

Cleanliness. Food

Love your hitels!!

Fabulous! Clean, excellently located for I-95. Restaurants, gas stations, etc. Great bathrooms. Easy access showers and grownup size toilets unlike Hilton’s kiddy sized! Staff is plentiful and exceptionally friendly and cooperative.

Nothing at all

Location and the staffs attempt to make terrible situations better.

Walking up to the counter and being greeted to check in, then being dismissed without the desk person excusing himself to start talking to someone else that walked up, then continue to do it with another person until I slammed my hand on the counter. The intense stench coming from the first room I was assigned and then a broken desk chair in the second room as well as lifeless pillows on the bed. There was also popcorn on the rug in-between the beds as well as under the desk and the bathroom shower had hairs in it.
