Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan

Stiff bed

Clean, cheap and convenient location just few minutes away from the airport terminal

None

The free airport shuttle service is very convenient especially for late check-in and early flight out. Free breakfast starting from 5:30am was a surprise! Particularly love the coffee/tea station at the lobby (same as the other Toyoko Inns I've stayed before), and the laundry machines provided at the lobby is just 100% love! You can always check the status of the washing machines/dryers from the TV in your room. It is perfect! Of all hotels I've stayed in Tokyo and Osaka, this hotel has the biggest bath tub and who doesn't like to get a relaxing hot bath after long day of walking in Japan. This is just too perfect.

Slippers in the hotel room could be more modern and less old school.

Convenient location to airport, friendly staff, ease of check in

We booked a smoking room and expected and outside area within our room area to smoke in but could only smoke in the designated smoking area downstairs, would have been great to have a balcony or rooms with windows that could open completely
