The apartment is good, well equipped and overall comfortable. The parking is a huge plus.

The sheets were not clean, they had hair on them. Upon request they gave us new ones, and everything worked out

Everything! From the way it is designed, the comfort, the location, the cleanliness. It excedeed my expectations, especially for the value.

Everything was impecable

Clean apartment at walking distance from the city center. Free parking available. There are several restaurants and bars close to the building as well as a supermarket. Perfect place to stay if you wish to visit Skopje and need a comfy place to sleep and shower.

We didn't receive instructions on how to collect the key prior to arrival. 5G is not free for us unfortunately so we asked a shop in the area to give us wifi, which allowed us to contact the host. Who immediately responded, important fact to mention. :)

Location - A fairly quiet residential apartment block with several bars and restaurants and grocery shop quite nearby. !0 minute walk to the stadium and a brisk 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Excellent WiFi and TV with some english speaking channels. Nice big bed. Basic kitchen area with a few essential kitchen utensils, fridge, etc. Basic bathroom with shower, decent water pressure and washing machine. Very acceptable for the single traveller, reasonably clean and decent value for money. A day before arrival, messaged by owner with photos and a video of the exact location with contact number, which was useful for the taxi driver. Never met the owner but communicated by WhatsApp.

Visited in October so the temperature was fine but without air con, I imagine it would be quite hot in the Summer. As a non smoker, there was a bit of a stale cigarette smell, which is probably common in North Macedonia as many people seemed to smoke. It could benefit from some information literature, however they would have to cater for numerous languages (which may be problematic for the owner). probably easier to just let guests explore for themselves.
