Le bruit incessant provenant de l'appartement d'au-dessus! Le fait de devoir insister plusieurs fois afin de pouvoir déposer les bagages avant l'heure du check-in L'impossibilité de laisser les bagages plus tard que 13h le jour du check-out

Central location, great value, nice bed, amazing views.

I believe it should have at least been mentioned that these locations are on higher floors in a building with no elevator. Keep in mind you will be parking a few blocks away, dragging your luggage only to climb 4 stories of very steep steps. Despite having a very nice bed, the living room furniture was cheap and uncomfortable and one of the chairs was broken. This furniture is probably another symptom of the narrow steep steps. If it’s hard hauling up a suitcase, imagine how impossible maneuvering a comfy couch would be. Even if these facts were disclosed, I would still have booked the property. Still at least my guest and I would have known to pack incredibly light.

Staff’s attention to detail. There was everything I could think of, reasonably, of course. Nice location. Building with a character. Beautiful apartment. Parking nearby.

Pretty loud AC (or whatever machine) outside, could hear from the bedroom at night. Malfunctioning toaster oven.

Location was perfect. Place was clean and well stocked

Ceiling fans worked but need adjustment to settings. High is not high when adjust from wall dial and pull cord. Also balcony chairs were dirty with cigarette ash.

The location was perfect and the property was very clean.

Moving up the stairs with luggage was hectic

The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. The hosts were quick to respond. It was everything that it was advertised to be.

The only thing I can say is if you need an elevator this place probably isn't for you.
