The property was very clean, easy to access and located in a great location

Very nice 2 bedroom in a very cool part of Cocoa Beach. We choose it because it was close to the beach and our favorite restaurant. Very nice 10/10 would stay again!!

I was pleasantly surprised that the unit is even better than the photos. It was very clean and decorated in a way that felt uncluttered and cozy. The extra touches like the beach wagon, boogie boards, and beach towels was perfect for someone visiting from out of town and so appreciated. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and only a short 5 min drive to the Pier. The neighborhood felt very safe which was important to me traveling alone with kids. I want to mention there is a late night coffee bar behind the property separated by a 8 ft fence. At first I thought it was another vacation rental but when I heard people outside late at night I decided to look it up. It's a non alcoholic business where adults can hang out late. I didn't mind but I did hear them laughing and having fun. Worth mentioning but wouldn't stop me from renting again. I definitely appreciated the great communication with the owner of this VRBO. Was close to a fun ice cream shop and putt putt ⛳ golf!

Cute little place a few blocks from ocean. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping. Very quiet getaway! Hosts were wonderful and met all of our needs. We look forward to returning often for quick weekend vacas
