Great location, small room but had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good shower, compact and quiet (apart from one guest who slammed their bedroom door), and a modern room with a bedside table with built in phone charger. Really liked this place
Rooms have safety doors so there was a fair bit of slamming from inconsiderate guests. Small room but for the price I paid on a Saturday night I can't really complain

How close it was to the sea front .
Very helpful person on the phone when I needed to contact them , just a short walk , slight up hill , but once up there you are at the front
The room , it was more like a students dig , the bathroom, that is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen, i am not large but I could not sit on the toilet properly, had to sit on it side ways .
Not what I was expecting 😕
Don't know what the other rooms are like but sorry to say I won't be staying here again
