Caer Rhun Hall Hotel

The staff were so friendly The hotel was spotless excellently maintained

The building and interior decor were absolutely stunning. The grounds were amazing as well.

Disappointed no fridge in our room and I know it was an old building so air con is probably not able to be done but the room was quite stuffy, small window. they had provided a small fan but not alot of cool air. We are not sure why they requested a time slot for breakfast when it was help yourself buffet style. Very disappointed nothing cooked only continental provided, and very minimal offerings. Fresh fruit was good but everything else was skimpy amounts, watery juice. I also prefer to cook my own toast to have it hot. Our expectations of the grand place was let down by below average brekky.

The location, the manor and the grounds were amazing

The room was comfortable, we paid for breakfast . It was a continental which we weren’t expecting for the price, the person who greeted us appeared quite stressed and there were no pastries as someone did not turn up. We decided not to stay for breakfast again. The staff worked really hard the following comments are for improvement, replace the pancake machine with toaster. When laying table automatically provide, butter, sugar and milk. The pancakes in my view should be ordered

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The bed was uncomfortable. There were tablets all over the floor and under the bed. The noise of the staff setting up for breakfeast and chatting in the laundry room woke me up before 6am which i was not happy about

The bed and the noise
