Private and was what I wanted. Warmed up quickly either heaters on. Instant hot water. Could easily park the car infront. Owner had to come for a private issue, but was so very nice and generous with providing me with a hot toastie, which was lovely!
No tea towels!

Tv settings was hard to sort but wasn’t in long enough to look at it!

Perfectly located.
Above the owners coffee shop…..yummy!!!!😊
Clean, simple, warm, all facilities I needed.
Hanging rail only. No wardrobe/drawers to put clothes out of sight.

It was very tastefully decorated and the layout was spot on. Lovely compact bathroom too.
Handily situated for the Old Woollen/Sunny Bank Mills plus not too far from New Pudsey Station for a train to Leeds.
CAF situated on the ground floor looked fab but I left before it opened.
It took a while to warm the place up and the Internet didn't work.
Some milk and white sugar wouldn't go amiss but that's quite trivial in the grand scheme of things.
