We have stayed at different condo units throughout this property over the years, and this one, by far was the most modern, updated one. The unit was clean, had a great washer/dryer combo, and overall had a very cozy feel with bright colors and modern, comfy furniture. It is a split unit (one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs), which gives a nice private feel to whoever is staying in the bottom bedroom. The owner/host communicated clearly, promptly, and was friendly. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The property has great amenities: a pool, volleyball/pickleball/basketball courts, fitness center, and BBQ grills. The beach is accessible via a gate and walkway, which is nice.

This vacation did not start out as well as we might have invisioned. Information on checkin, parking garage code and condo codes were not sent before we arrived. Therefore checkin was difficult. Texas was experiencing a cold snap and the upstairs portion of the condo did not have heat. The downstairs was nice and warm, but it was 50 degrees upstairs. Brrrrrrr. After some communication back and forth with the owner, it was determined the thermostat was not working. We spent one very cold night, and the problem was corrected later the next afternoon. A new thermostat needed to be installed. After the problem was taken care of the rest of the week went off without a hitch. The owner was prompt at returning texts when problems arose. The condo was very nice, and looked exactly as the pictures showed. Could not have been happier the cleanliness of this condo. The area felt very safe and walkable. Temperatures were in the high 60's and low 70's, feeling like 80's to these Wisconsin ladies! Be warned, if you are looking for a heated pool when Texas experiences cooler temperatures, this condo does not heat their pool.

Close to the bech, nice swimming pool the room clean and beautiful.
